It’s been a long, long, loooong time coming, but I’m happy to announce that my new Cuyagua bar is now available to order on the Shop page! (I’ll start shipping these bars next week, once I’m back from the Dallas Chocolate Festival).
It’s a pure 70% dark chocolate bar handcrafted from cacao grown by a small cooperative in Cuyagua, which is located on the northern coast of Venezuela. It has a deep cocoa flavor with nice citrus and spice notes.
