I’m excited to be taking part in this year’s Dallas Chocolate Festival! This will be my third time attending and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it every time.
Every year, the festival brings together a large group of chocolatiers and chocolate makers from Dallas and the larger Texas region, as well as several out-of-town chocolate makers. In addition to being able to sample a ton of different chocolate bars, truffles, and other treats, there is also a full day of classes and demos on the 13th. This year, I’ll be doing a bean-to-bar presentation with Art Pollard of Amano Chocolate.
On the 14th, there are some extra, more in-depth workshops available. I’ll be doing a hands-on bean-to-bar workshop with Kristen from Cacao Atlanta and Scott from Tejas Chocolate.
