New Packaging!

I’m very excited to present new packaging for Potomac Chocolate’s bars!

Potomac Chocolate Upala, Costa Rica 70%

Potomac Chocolate - San Martín, Peru 70%

The box is made up of two paper sleeves that slide together like a matchbox. To open, just push the inner sleeve up from the bottom:

The whole package is biodegradable/compostable, including the bag, which is made from plant-based cellophane. All of the paper for the box is from French Paper, a small, independent paper company in Niles, Michigan. All of their paper has been produced using 100% renewable power generated from the hydroelectric generators they installed way back in 1922 (they even generate more power than they need and provide the surplus to their local community).
