Chocolate History Class & Tasting @National Harbor 12/4

Update: This has been rescheduled from the original date to 12/4. -b

SaltAndPepperLogoV2Join me for an evening of chocolate! I’ll be presenting my Chocolate History Class and Chocolate Tasting at Salt & Pepper Books in National Harbor next Wednesday evening.

I’ll discuss the history of chocolate’s production and cultural impact from its earliest days over 3,000 years ago, through Mayan and Aztec times, and up to the modern day. Along the way, we’ll taste some of today’s best American and European craft chocolate bars.

Salt and Pepper Books is a great food-centric book store. They carry my bars as well as tons of great cookbooks, food histories and other food-related books and other items.

I’ve presented this class and tasting several times in the past and it’s always a lot of fun. I hope you’ll join us! Full details are below.

Thanks,
Ben
