The District Chocoholic’s Review of Upala 82%
The District Chocoholic has been a good friend to Potomac Chocolate. She was the first* to review the just-launched Upala 70%. She frequently talks up the chocolate on Twitter and in the real world. She created a cookie recipe incorporating the 70% bar and she’s even sent some across the Atlantic to Lee at Chocolate Reviews in a chocolate swap.
And now, she’s posted a great review of the Upala 82% bar. Here’s my favorite part:
I am consistently drawn back to this bar because of what I believe is its best quality: the texture, which is not remotely dry. It is instead smooth and dense, with a slow melt that allows you to enjoy the flavor and buttery feel of the texture for ages.

* if you look on the reviews page, it looks like there were other reviews before hers, but that site didn’t go live until after The District Chocoholic’s review was posted, so I count hers as the first.

Just keep making enough bars to match demand, and everybody will be happy.
