This is by far the best 85% bar that I have ever tasted. It snaps so well and has a fantastic fruity flavor after the initial bite. It’s never overly bitter and is a great pick-me-up for early afternoon.

Just tried a bar which I bought at Whole Foods. They were hidden in the back corner of the store near the cheese dept, but somehow I found them! I am following Prof. Valter Longo’s “Longevity Diet” which calls for a chocolate bar containing =<150 calories, low in sugar (less than 8 g), made with 70% minimum dark chocolate and no milk. Half of this one totally fits the bill 🙂 The little fishies swimming across it made me smile 🙂 Was so high-quality and delicious (totally agree with the Janson review!), was tough to stop at just half, and I look forward to finishing it up tomorrow! My husband and I LOVE this bar. It’s the smoothest, silkiest 85% dark chocolate bar that we have experienced (yes – it is an experience!)
We purchased the few bars in the only store in town that carries it and a few months ago purchased 10 bars here. Just came back to order more and bummed to see ‘sold out’.
Please tell me when you may expect more?
