At long last, the bonbons that I’ve been making for events and holidays for years are now available on my site! Each bonbon is handcrafted by me in my tiny chocolate factory starting with my own bean-to-bar craft chocolate and other high-quality ingredients. The available bonbons change regularly. The list below are the currently available flavors. I’ll select a variety of different bonbons for you, but if you want a specific flavor (or all o e flavor, etc.), please add a note to your order and I’ll make sure to include it if it’s available.
I stopped by with a group a friends and the owner gave us a bit of knowledge about each chocolate made, it was hard to resist buying everything! I got a four piece variety box of the hazelnut praline, salted caramel, toasted milk chocolate and cookie butter. Each was amazing, I wish I had bought more. Definitely will be buying more in the future for family and friends. The hazelnut praline was my absolute favorite. I also got the “Being Nuts Is Its Own Reward” and like I said, a m a z i n g.
Jodi Corey –
The rosemary salted caramel. I cannot believe this is made here in Occoquan. It is exceptional and rivals anything I’ve tried when I lived in Europe (and believe me, I tried MANY!).
These are some of the best chocolates I’ve had! I found Potomac Chocolate on a list of slave-free chocolate (…not as common as you would hope) and ended up ordering some by mail. They were delicious! It even made me motivated to stop by their shop in Occoquan, about 40 mins away from me, which was very cute. If you go, the chocolate-covered hazelnuts are great too.
